DYNA Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so we ask all attendees to follow the rules of the venue and any applicable local laws. If someone’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or goes against these terms, we may need to ask them to leave.
Please note that the event schedule, speakers, or venue might change, and while we’ll do our best to keep you informed, these changes may happen without prior notice.
2. Attendee Terms
Your ticket is valid only for the event dates (September 29–30, 2025) and for the access type you selected during registration or purchase. The presentation day is free to attend, but workshops require a paid ticket.
3. Use of Online Services
These Terms are governed by our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy (for workshops only)
Attendee registration cancellations received on or before 23.59 hrs UTC on Sunday 21st September 2025 will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Attendee registration cancellations received after 23.59 hrs UTC on Sunday 21st September 2025 are non-refundable. Late requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the user meeting organisers at dyna@dyalog.com.
No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to, acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, volcano eruption, flood, or terrorist attacks). The final decision on refunds rests with Dyalog Ltd.
Ticket transfers may be permitted up to a certain date and at our discretion; requests must be made in writing to dyna@dyalog.com.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or event-related reasons.
Any updates will be published on our website. Your continued registration or attendance constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Photo and Video Notice
Please be aware that authorized staff or contractors may take photographs and videos during the event. These materials may be used by Dyalog Ltd for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) social media, our website, and future event materials.
We will only use images or footage featuring identifiable attendees who have given their consent. If you have not provided consent, we kindly ask you to be mindful of cameras and recording to help us avoid capturing unusable content.
